Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
